Who will I speak to?

A revenue manager, the same kind of person who would look after your portfolio day to day. They'll have looked at any listing links you send beforehand. Partnership and media questions go to the person who handles those, so you don't have to explain twice.

What if we're not a fit?

We'll say so on the call, for example if your portfolio is under 15 listings or already priced well, and point you to something more useful, such as the free RevPAR index calculator or the monthly benchmark.

I advise operators. Can I refer clients?

Yes. PMS consultants, accountants, STR coaches and software vendors can join the partner program. There's a simple referral fee and we keep you updated on every introduction.

Are you open to media requests?

Yes. We publish a monthly revenue benchmark and are happy to provide commentary or data on short-term rental pricing, occupancy and revenue, with sources stated. Email media@airyield.com.au.
